I worked directly with Jay the salesman. He was absolutely amazing. He was organized ,worked fast was able to make a deal, no shenanigans just straight up what we're gonna do. I was in and out of there in four hours which included my travel time from Port Alberni. Fastest service I've had in a car dealership in a long time. They process purchasing a vehicle usually takes all day. The process is brutal but this was unreal. Everybody was great. I recommend this young man. I think he could help you with all your needs. The finance guy was great as well as well the insurance man I do not know their names. But please use Jay the floor salesman. He was great. I think he would be able to help you with all your needs.. I found him honest and upfront And he's willing to work with you to get you what you need.He'll let you Negotiate with him as well and see what you both can come up That works for everybody involved the salesman the buyer the finance guy the insurance guy. The process was extremely smooth. I myself hate buying vehicles and was not looking forward to even negotiating or going down there, but he was very personable,. Patient not pushy.. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Nanaimo Nissan today, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! A huge thank you to Kaiden for helping me through the entire process and making what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel smooth, straightforward, and genuinely enjoyable.
We looked at four different vehicles throughout the day, and there was one in particular that I really had a keen interest in. Kaiden took the time to work with me, help me explore my options, and make sure we found something that was the right fit. What really impressed me was how everything came together. Not only was Kaiden able to help me get approved for financing at a really good interest rate, but I was also able to drive away with the vehicle I wanted the very same day! I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.
The financing process was handled professionally, and I really appreciated the effort that went into getting me approved at a competitive rate. Being able to find a vehicle I genuinely wanted, secure financing I felt good about, and leave the dealership with everything taken care of in one day made the entire experience that much better.
I also want to give credit to the rest of the team at Nanaimo Nissan. Every staff member I interacted with was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
