This is the worst car dealership , ever to deal with, that I’ve had to make numerous complaints about .
Gave them one more chance (as requested by the general manager Khaled that I most recently complained to ) but they blew it once again .
Took my car for an oil change and detailing and they tried to sell me new wiper blades I didn’t need 3 weeks ago ..
The car was barely washed not detailed, not vacuumed and the top of the car was never washed . Showed it to the manager Khaled who agreed with me that it was a lousy unsatisfactory detailing job by his Team .
He took it upon himself to book another detailing with a company he says he takes his car to, and promised to make sure it was done properly.
Took my car in at 9 am last Wednesday, and they lent me a loaner car ( stinking of cigarette smell and dirty inside and outside ) that it was disgustingly unbearable to drive because of the smell .
Khaled said at first, that it should take 4-5 hrs but it was to be decided when the company started the job, how long the detailing would take .
I heard nothing from him for almost 6 hrs and when I called just before 3 pm to inquire , he said he had to send the car back because it wasn’t done properly.
He said it should be done by 4 pm and I should make my way to the dealership.
I got there at 4 pm and waited another 45 minutes with no one telling me how soon the car will be ready .
After I sent Khaled a nasty email, he came out to speak to me blaming me for wanting a perfect detailing job and that’s why it was taking so long .
After almost 9 hrs , I finally got the car , and it was still not up to par with what I have experienced with other detailing companies.
I sent pictures of the deficiencies here attached
( dirty windows, passenger seat not clean , and a few more pictures of uncleaned areas and of pollen in cracks in the car ) to Khaled , the general manager, who had promised to take care of my complaints moving forward ( I’ve had numerous) and it’s been over a week with no response from him !
In addition there was a scratch on a door that was not there when I delivered the car to them .
I would never recommend this Dealership to anyone for their horrible customer service.
I’d give a minus 10 score if it was possible!
