Buying cars had always seemed like such a fraught process prior to finding Nissan of Nanaimo, and the staff who went out of their way to find the exact model of vehicle we wanted.

Our negotiations with the sales team were very balanced and progressive…no harsh deals, just a desire to find our perfect car at the price that suited our budget. From viewing our car literally as it came off the delivery trailer, to driving away in it, in the space of a few hours, the same afternoon, is something I’ve never experienced before.
