Alexis was a wonderful salesperson. She listened to my needs and hopes for a vehicle by phone, and met them with a car at Nissan Nanaimo that I'm very happy with.
She was thorough and courteous, even moving all my belongings from the old vehicle and putting them into my new car while the financial and insurance details were being completed. Alexis even hung my travel angel charm back on the rear view mirror!!!
It was a long appointment, so the car hadn't been detailed yet. She actually washed the car herself and arranged for me to bring the car back two days later for detailing.
I would say that Alexis goes above and beyond for her customers and I feel fortunate that she was my salesperson.
