Excellent experience overall! I am a Nissan fan (owned my Nissan Cube for 16 years - amazing vehicle). Andres was knowledgeable and patient, he took the time to go over all the details and features. He was attentive and checked in with us as we moved through our decision making process - but he did not over do it (like other dealers did btw - we are not fans of the "hard sell"). All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. And a shout out to Ally from Real Insurance - she helped make it go smoothly. This was all managed late on a Friday afternoon! Great team Nanaimo Nissan! I love my new Nissan Kicks!
